How many times have you gone to Starbucks and ordered a drink, only to be told that they don’t have free refills?
It’s infuriating!
Well, I did some research and found out the answer.
So does Starbucks have free refills? Yes, Starbucks has free refills but only when you use a Starbucks card or the Starbucks mobile app. You can get free refills of brewed coffee when you use your registered Starbucks Card or Mobile app to purchase a beverage and then present that same card again.
I’m not sure why you would need a Starbucks card to get free refills, but I suppose if you’re going to have coffee at Starbucks, then you might as well be getting your money’s worth right?
I’m not sure what this means for the average customer who doesn’t have a Starbucks card, but I’m willing to bet that they’re pretty mad.
I always forget that I have to get a refill card for my Starbucks.
It’s not like the other stores where you can just pay with your credit card.
You need to use their branded, and sometimes limited, gift cards in order to be able to get a free refill at Starbucks.
All Starbucks stores will give you a free refill when you use your Starbucks card to pay for the drink.
So, if you are feeling like having more than one cup of coffee in one sitting, just do it with your card and enjoy!
